Our warehouse staff are highly educated to pack your items precisely according to the specifications that we supply. Prior to shipping the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. The warehouses are located situated in Europe as much as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It\’s possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can\’t offer you a return or exchange.

The item should not be used, and it must be in its original condition. The item must be in the original packaging.
